Recipe: Tahiti Club

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 1/2 oz  Rum

 

  • 2 oz  Pineapple Juice

 

 

  • 1 Lemon Wedge

 

  • 1 Lime Wedge

 

Directions:

 

  • Add Rum, Pineapple Juice into a mixing tin filled with ice.

 

  • Squeeze lemon and lime wedges into the mixing tin.

 

  • Add a few solid dashes of Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur.

 

  • Shake well and strain into a collins glass filled with ice.

 

  • Garnish with a Lime wheel (and a small umbrella if you’ve got it).
