- 1 1/2 oz Crown Royal Regal Apple
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 Cherry
- 1 Apple slice (I used a Fuji apple here)
- Garnish your cocktail glass with the apple slice and drop in the cherry.
- Combine the Crown Royal Regal Apple, Sweet Vermouth and bitters in a mixing tin with lots of ice.
- Shake gently and then strain into cocktail glass.
