- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 1 oz of Ruby Port
- 1 oz Pomegranate Juice
- 1/2 oz of Simple Syrup
- A squeeze of Lemon
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin with lots of ice.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain into an iced collins glass.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and enjoy.
Note: In the podcast this drink was originally served up in a chilled cocktail glass. Based on suggestions made by the imbibers I’ve changed the recipe to better meld the flavors together.
