Pineapple Upside Down Cake



  • 1 1/2 oz Pinnacle Cake Vodka

  • 4 oz  Pineapple Juice

  • 1/4 oz simple syrup

  • splash of grenadine

  • cherries (for garnish)



  • Pour some grenadine into the bottom of a glass. Then fill the glass with ice.


  • Pour the  Pinnacle Cake vodka, pineapple juice and simple syrup into a mixing tin with ice.


  • Shake well and strain into the glass. Garnish with cherries (remember always garnish with odd numbers)
