- 1 1/2 oz Vodka
- 2 oz Heavy Cream
- 1 oz Monin Pumpkin Pie Syrup
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing tin with ice. (the harder the ice the better)
- Shake that tin for all you’re worth. (You want to shake it more than you normally would so that you get lots of air into the cream)
- Strain the contents into a cocktail glass. (A good strainer will prevent a bunch of ice chips from going into the glass)
- Sprinkle nutmeg on top and enjoy.
